General Conditions:

• Credit card for making credit purchases or cash withdrawals at ATMs, both as debit or credit.
• You can pay for purchases at the end of the month or defer your payments. You choose how to defer them: for a fixed amount or a percentage of the billing.
• Option to withdraw cash on credit from ATMs or transfer the available limit of your card to your account through Digital Banking or any branch.
• Contactless technology, with which you can make purchases simply by tapping your card on the point of sale terminal (POS).
• OTP (One Time Password) security code for online purchases and EMV chip for safer transactions.
• With the verification of your purchases with a PIN or through contactless at stores, there is no need to sign the transaction receipt.

The standard credit limit is €6,000 per month. The issuance of a Visa MoraBanc Gold card and the approval of the credit limit amount are subject to the creditworthiness assessment of each client by MoraBanc.

• Commission for early payment of the statement: €0
• Commission for deferred payment: 1.5% monthly on the outstanding debt.
• Commission for cash withdrawal on credit at MoraBanc ATMs: 3.35%, minimum €2.50
• Commission for cash withdrawal on credit at ATMs of other entities: 4.5%, minimum €6
• Commission for transferring available limit to the account: 3.35%, minimum €2.50
• Commission for card replacement:
  • Fee of €6 if the request is made through a manager or in-person, by phone, email, or chat.
  • Fee of €2 if the request is made through online banking or the app.

The OTP (One Time Password) code is used to securely make purchases at online merchants* with your MoraBanc Visa. Every time you make an online purchase*, you will automatically receive a 6-digit numeric code via SMS on your mobile. Enter it to confirm the payment.

*Purchases made at secure online merchants. A secure online merchant (CES) is one that has implemented the 3D Secure system of Visa and MasterCard, making online purchases much safer by authenticating the buyer as the legitimate cardholder.

MoraBanc's SMS Alerts service will send a message to your mobile phone every time a transaction exceeding the amount you specify is registered on your card (starting from €60).
