Documents and requirements necessary for applications:

1. Loan agreement signed by the vendor and the purchaser(s).
2. Life insurance with a single premium (debited from a client’s account) at the time the easy loan is taken out to cover debt in the event of death or disability.
3. MoraBanc reserves the right to request additional documentation if it so deems fit.

Other conditions:

* A 12-month Euribor rate will be charged. If the Euribor is negative, the following rate will apply: Euribor = 0% + differential rate.

** The monthly repayment amount cannot exceed 35% of the affordability ratio, i.e. the coefficient between the annual repayments plus rent (if there is no mortgage) and the net fixed income (annual income net of income tax and CASS contributions). The maximum loan term cannot go beyond the age of your retirement. You will also be able to choose the day you want your monthly instalment to be debited.
