- Documentation for the study:
- Passport/ID card.
- Residence and work permit.
- Direct debit of bills/CASS.
- Budget for the course, master’s degree, postgraduate studies, etc.
- Requirements for formalising the loan (depending on the case):
- Residency in the country for more than 12 months.
- Employment with the company for more than 6 months.
- Salary deposited in MoraBanc.
- Life insurance in favour of MoraBanc.
- Payment must be made by bank transfer or nominative cheque.
- Invoice for tuition and related expenses.
- Guarantees from parents or legal guardians (if necessary).
Other Conditions
*Bonuses for linking with MoraBanc (up to a maximum of 0.65%):
- 0.15% for having your salary deposited with MoraBanc.
- 0.05% for having 3 direct debit bills.
- 0.10% for having a credit or debit card (with at least 3 transactions per month).
- 0.10% for having the Andorjubilació product or MoraBanc pension fund.
- 0.10% for having Andorvida.
- 0.10% for having home insurance.
- 0.05% for having a MoraBanc investment fund.
If you open a new account, we will grant you a minimum period of 3 months to meet all the bonuses, and you will be informed of possible changes to the interest rate if your relationship increases or decreases.
** You can choose between 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year Euribor. The interest rate will be revised according to the periodicity of the chosen Euribor. If the Euribor is negative, Euribor = 0% + margin will apply.
*** The monthly payment cannot exceed 35% of the effort rate, calculated as the ratio of annual payments plus rent (if no mortgage is in place) to net fixed income (annual net income after IRPF and CASS). The maximum term is your retirement age. Additionally, you can choose the due date for the payment.
