Required documents
Mandatory Documentation:
- Budget or proforma invoice of the goods to be financed.
- Updated CASS points if you work or have worked in the past.
Documentation facultative:
- Les 3 derniers bulletins de salaire, si vous travaillez.
- Feuille de déclaration des revenus et des dépenses annuels.
- Justificatif de revenus extraordinaires, le cas échéant.
Terms and conditions
The +3% interest rate is subject to having contracted the following products and services with MoraBanc:
- Direct deposit of salary
- 3 utility or bank direct debits
- Active debit or credit card (with at least 3 monthly transactions)
- Possession of Grupo MoraBanc’s life and health insurances.
The amount of your monthly payment or the sum of your current debt must not be higher than 35% of your monthly fixed income.
This product has no grace period for capital and interest.
Opening commission: 0%
Partial or total cancellation commission: 0%
In the case of a negative Euribor value, the reference would be Euribor = 0.
Financing will be subject to assessment and approval by MoraBanc.
